Unravel:

Unraveling is the awakening that begins when we start to notice systemic dysfunction in society.

Uncover:

Uncovering is the mental process driven by a desire to learn and understand what might be behind the “unraveling.”

Unlock:

Unlocking is the journey of harnessing imagination and childlike faith to dream of a future free from racism and actively create it in the present, brick by brick, even amidst the chaos.

Understand:

Understanding is the weaving together the knowledge gained through "unraveling" and "uncovering." These combined insights and the possibilities now "unlocked" solidify the foundation for visible, tangible, and lasting change.
Paradigm:

This is the pivotal moment when we formulate new models that dismantle racist structures and identify the meta-ideas that will undergird them.

Platform:

Here, the strategy and tactics for dismantling racism are translated into actionable steps. This is the "how we do it" phase, where a platform is built to support and guide concrete actions towards racial justice.
Practice:

This stage focuses on embedding the principles of righteousness & justice relating to racism into the organization's core practices.

Perform:

Scale and develop assessments for ongoing monitoring and effectiveness of implemented initiatives.
